Promotion of life skills and psychosocial wellbeing

This mental health space focused on the development of life skills and psychosocial well-being, is designed for each person who requires information to promote personal development, which is easy to understand, therefore it has tools that are easy to understand and apply in everyday life, also the activities with a holistic approach allow the integration of mind, body and spirit, forming communities with psychological well-being and life skills for better mental health.
The Be-Well-Being knowledge showcase aims to provide basic tools for psychological wellbeing that promote mental health. It is not intended to provide psychological interventions, but rather to serve as a support resource for those interested in its content.

Life skills

These are psychosocial competencies that allow human beings to face the requirements, opportunities, challenges and difficulties that may arise during their lives, providing the individual with tools that enable him/her to successfully achieve his/her objectives while at the same time allowing him/her to cope with his/her daily life.

Psychological Well-Being

It is a construct or subjective perception that refers to the positive feelings, expressions and thoughts of human beings about themselves, and the subjective aspects of their lives such as happiness, life satisfaction and positive affect. It is related to subjective social, psychological and behavioral dimensions related to behavior that allow for adaptive and positive actions.

Connect your being and your life with mindfulness through the following program that will favor your mental health and contribute to your personal development.

A space todevelop mindfulness skills that promote mental health in young people and the general population, based on practices and techniques that cultivate self-care.
