Psychological Well-Being

It is a construct or subjective perception that refers to the positive feelings, expressions and thoughts of human beings about themselves, and the subjective aspects of their lives such as happiness, life satisfaction and positive affect. It is related to subjective social, psychological and behavioral dimensions related to behavior that allow for adaptive and positive actions.

Therefore, psychological well-being is closely related to an individual's ability to cope with the requirements, opportunities, challenges and difficulties that arise
in his or her life.
